I have enjoyed this wine for many years, it has a consistent steely acidity and floral aromatics that is consistent year in and year out. The nose flows with jasmine and spring flowers with a backdrop of lime, the palate is adorned with citrus fruits with a focus on lime, acidity provides the platform for a textural battle between taut lime and sweeter floral notes. The finish is crisp, clean and balanced.
