Zig Zag was established in 1972 just outside of Malmsbury and was one of the first vineyards in the area. The unirrigated vineyard is planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz and Riesling.

A light yellow in colour, the nose combines floral citrus blossom with wet slate and pickled ginger, the palate has well defined citrus fruit and an attractive chalky texture. Delicious and elegant now with plenty of further development ahead.
