This wine is produced from 40 + year old vines and is a compelling drink with a floral prettiness matched in equal measure by textural slate and citrus acidity. There is so much interest on the palate with lime and lemon fruit sweetness that gets cut through by zesty acidity. The finish has intensity and drive that lingers long after the final sip.
