A nose of lime zest, green apple and a little crushed rock, the palate has a chalky acidity that pulls through granny smith apple and lemon fruit with the contrast between fruit sweetness and the drying acidity a highlight.

The finish is clean, precise and framed by a continuation of underripe granny smith fruit.
