Dry grown, whole bunch pressed with only free run juice used, wild yeast and a four week ferment after which the wine was kept on lees for 6 months….. all for $16. An incredible bargain.

A nose of lime and crushed rock, there is a chalky acidity that is the hallmark of the wine with a weave of youthful, juicy lime that works in concert. Time on lees and wild yeast has given a savoury, textural side to the wine that subdues the exuberant citrus notes and adds generosity and mouthfeel to finish.
