Produced from Heathcote, this is another example of why we should be having a serious look at Rieslings produced from the region with a distinctly regional expression on the nose in particular that showcase floral aromatics in the flower / jasmine spectrum.

The nose is true to the above description with a jasmine lift to green apple fruit. The wine is built around a core of zippy, citrus inspired acidity with a continuation of apple influence. The finish is long and mouthwatering.
