There is something special about the Rieslings that come out of Great Southern with purity, balance and general drinkability a common trend.

The wine has a layered nose of citrus blossom, slate and lime. The piercingly pure palate ripples with citrus fruits, a tartness of granny smith apple gives texture, and a crystalline thread of acidity is constant.

This is a strikingly beautiful wine that finishes with powdery acidity, lemon zest and finger limes.
