Adelaide Hills is not the rockstar of Riesling for South Australia, but this is a very tidy effort from Tomich.

A very light yellow in colour as expected with a nose of crushed rock, lime and hint of lanolin. This is a wine with beautiful lines that has a chalkiness to the citrus inspired acidity. There are some pretty citrus blossom characters that define the palate with with the slightest oily note that gives ample texture to the polished and moreish finish.
