A light yellow in the glass, the nose is a heady mix of floral citrus blossom with lime and crushed rock; jasmine and lanolin emerge with time.
A lemon to lime baseline with touches of mandarin to jasmine and an enjoyable minerality. There is plenty of fullness of fruit with a touch of aniseed that gives another layer of interest to rock melon fruit. A very good example of the variety that will be great in it’s youth but the potential to evolve with time.
