A slightly green tinge to the wine in the glass, the nose shows citrus blossoms, with the palate opening up with wonderfully textured citrus and green apple notes. There is a mineral acidity running throughout the wine that is balanced against the well defined fruit and complex palate. The finish is long and again has an excellent mouth feel. This wine will continue to develop over a number of years.
