Castle Rock is one of Australia’s greatest producers of Riesling and this is a world class example.

The wine is a light yellow with a fleck if greening the glass with a piercing nose of lemon curd, lime zest alongside wet slate.

The palate shows a Riesling of the highest order with layers of citrus drive and faint jasmine notes to bickfords lime cordial, crushed slate and moreishly mineral acidity completes the picture. Impressive now and will cellar for decades
