A precise nose with citrus fruits that tend to lime that have both a honeyed aspect and understated impact of apple blossom. A generous but textured palate with lime a constant from start to finish, wild yeast and time on lees gives a generous almost savoury texture that meshes with fine lines of acidity to finish alongside with pine / citrus. Good luck finding a better value wine at a RRP of $17.
