A lovely nose of jasmine and finger lime with some wet slate overtones. Bickford's lime cordial has searing acidity that is contrasted by enough residual sugar to give texture, but the wine is anything but cloying. There is a chalky, slipperiness to finish that lingers with lime and citrus blossom.
