The hits keep coming from Castle Rock; a pristine nose of crushed lime and jasmine with wet slate. The palate is approachable now with breadth of citrus fruits whilst enjoying citrus blossom and a chalky acidity that is vibrant and textural. An incredible value purchase that is sure to evolve over the medium term.
