This is a wine that continues to get better with age, the nose is framed by candied lime and lemon and is just starting to take on more aged characteristics. The palate has a flowing backdrop of citrus acidity, more than anything it is the interplay between fruit and acid that makes this wine so impressive. Subtle floral tones and driving length complete the picture.
