Review Detail

A light yellow in the glass with a fleck of green; the nose is all you expect from Clare Valley with lime and wet slate. The palate has a racy backbone of chalky acidity which gives ample mouthfeel and length to the continuation of lime with a decidedly mineral edge that coats the mouth to finish. A wine that is sure to fill out with time, having the texture and structure for long term development.
