Review Detail

A light golden in the glass with candied lime, lemon zest and Granny Smith apple. There is a spiced nuance to citrus fruits, with lime at the fore and a touch of musk before piercing acidity gives a chalky texture and contrast to concentrated fruit. There is excellent purity of fruit and length to finish.
