Review Detail
2010 Bloodwood Riesling
Wine Rating
93
A light to golden yellow, a beautiful nose of buttered toast with lime curd and faint jasmine. The palate shows a wonderful example of aged Australian Riesling with acidity holding and giving a textural interplay between the primary citrus characters and more savoury kerosine notes. The finish has depth and is a melange of lime, bruised red apple and motor oil.
