Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon the wine is a pretty pink to burnt salmon with clotted cream, citrus, wild strawberry and raspberry. The palate builds around pristine raspberry fruits with a fullness of fruit and suppleness yet enough acidity to frame length and give dimension. There is a gentle creaminess and suggestion of rosehip to bring the wine to close.
