A wine that is beginning to gain a global buzz which is no surprise when you look who is behind the label, it was produced by Bon Jovi and his son Jesse (and Gérard Bertrand) from Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Syrah grapes sourced from the Languedoc. It is a nice package complete with a glass VinoLok stopper that looks especially smart on a bottle of Rose.
A pretty salmon in colour the nose is a creamy rendition of raspberry and cherry fruits. The palate has a supple and moreish disposition but maintains substance with a continuation of generous red berry fruits with a tartness of nectarine in the mix. The finish has clotted cream and raspberry fruits to finish.
