A light burnt orange in colour with a nose of wild strawberry, pear and lemon zest. The palate continues the strawberry thread with a strawberries and cream like richness that is contrasted by a well defined backbone of citrus acidity. The finish has an enjoyable savouriness to it that keeps you coming back for another sip.
