The wine was made using the saignee method (draining off the juice from a red wine ferment), with the variety in question Grenache. There are youthful red cherry and wild strawberry aromatics that flow onto the palate with a creaminess to red berry fruits before well handled acidity with a citrus edge gives focus and length.
