A light salmon in colour, there is an enjoyable savoury undertone to the nose that shows ripe cherry and wild strawberry. The palate has great flow and energy, it has richness and youthful exuberance where it needs it, taut lines of acidity and a textural pull in just the right places. The fruit tends to red cherry and cranberry across the journey and the finish is long and moreish on account of the balanced but mouth watering acidity.
