Review Detail

This is my kind of Rose, anything but a straight up and down wine that you don’t think about. Stuart Dudine makes some wine with attitude, this rose saw time in barrel and no doubt some time on lees that has made it complex, textural and delicious.

The nose gives attractive floral aromatics of vanilla rose, turkish delight and confected red cherry. The palate has a plushness to it initially with the turkish delight and cherry aromatics extending through, there is a bright citrus acidity that gives focus as well as texture to finish.
