Produced from Grenache, Shiraz, Zinfandel, Merlot and Pinot Gris that are surced from biodynamic vineayrds.
A pretty pink with the nose a unique combination based on the blend, there are the typical cherry and strawberry notes, but the Pinot Gris has added some pear characters and there is even some pepper floating around somewhere.
The palate is seamless and flows with generosity of fruit, but there is also impactful texture that is a point of difference when compared to a number of rose’s that can have a jarring contrast between the acid and fruit. Great mouthfeel and length to finish.
