The wine was produced using carbonic maceration, preserving primary fruit flavours.

A dark pink in colour, with juicy aromatics of cherry and red apple on the nose.
The palate is plush and light on its feet, but has a nice savoury thread to keep things from getting out of hand, acidity is well handled and adds zip and contrast on the wine to finish.
