Review Detail
2016 Domaine La Sangliere Cotes du Provence Rose
Wine Rating
91
The wine is a blend of Cinsault (30%), Grenache (65%) and Syrah (5%) and gives a pretty salmon to pink hue in the glass with a nose of wild strawberry, cut flowers and citrus. A dry rose with an enjoyable slate like acidity and touch of bitter orange that give the wine depth and character. There is a crunchiness to strawberry fruit and an understated earthiness on the mid palate before showing good length to finish.
