A pretty burnt orange to pink in the glass. The majority of the blend coming from Cabernet Sauvignon, which to my palate produces some of the most interesting and complex expressions of rose.

This is a serious wine, you can’t help but notice some lees induced complexity on the nose that gives way to strawberry and cherry aromatics with a touch of turkish delight. The palate has a savoury core, but a suppleness of fruit with cherry the most dominant. There is a lattice of savoury tannin that frames the wine and also carries a touch of spice. The finish has some earthen flare to red berry fruits with great length and an enjoyably complex mouthfeel.
