Review Detail
2018 Blue Pyrenees Estate Bone Dry Rose
Wine Rating
93
Produced from Pinot Noir and Merlot, the wine was aged on lees for 6 months. A pretty burnt orange hue, with some savoury funk to cherry and strawberry fruit on the nose. There is an underlying bracken like structure to the wine that works well against the creaminess that comes from time on lees; in terms of fruit there are layers of cherry fruit with a touch of drying spice to finish. An excellent rose.
