Review Detail

The wine is made from Pinot Noir sourced from the Sexton and Tarraford vineyards. A light pink, almost fairy floss in colour. The nose gives wild strawberry with cranberry and lemony tones. The palate enjoys a taut baseline of acidity with good depth of red berry fruits that become more savoury with drying dark cherry carried by citrus. Bring on summer !
