A light salmon in the glass with good clarity, the nose focuses on red cherry, cranberry and citrus undertones. The Mencia grape has given a savoury expression of rose with savoury etched red berries being bone dry and driven by citrus acidity. A touch of cherry pip bitterness to finish and pull of cranberry and cherry. Will work well with food and enjoy a couple of years in bottle.
