A medium red in colour with a nose of green baking herbs, dusty blackberry and cherry with some confit tomato. There is nice concentration and flow to the palate with earthen black fruits that take on fresh tobacco with enough savoury impact to give dimension. The finish has drying tannin and a touch of black tea, with good length of black cherry and bay leaf.
