The wine is a blend of grapes from Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu, it is a vibrant red with purple hues in terms of colour; the nose gives lovely floral aromatics of red cherry, fennel and rose petals. The palate is juicy and moreish with hedonistically pure and fresh plum and cherry fruit that is awash with bright spice. Don't be fooled there is a subtle savoury pull in terms of tannins and flavour to finish.
