A medium red hue in the glass with floral red cherry, fresh pasata and a gentle weave of spice . The medium bodied palate shows supple tannins and a freshness of red cherry fruit that is set against a flowing background of well proportioned acidity, a build of herb inspired spice and tannins that have crunch but ripeness. There is a drying, textural grip on the mid palate with a tautness of red cherry and a faint savoury edge. The length to finish is very good.
