A pale yellow to light green in colour, the nose is wonderfully perfumed with citrus blossom, gooseberry and a touch of cut grass.
The palate balances a broad mouth feel on entry with tropical fruits that are tempered and given structure by zippy citrus acidity.
The highlight of the finish is the textural green apple and taut acid against fuller tropical fruits, as with most Sauvignon Blanc's this wine will be best enjoyed over the shorter term.
