Adelaide Hills certainly has an affinity for Sauvignon Blanc, with Pike & Joyce producing a citrus inspired expression that is a great match with the warmer months.
In terms of colour there is an ever so light yellow to green stain in the glass, the nose is packed full of guava and passionfruit, the palate has crisp citrus acidity and a good deal of texture alongside varietal grassy notes. There is a slight savoury kick to finish.
An elegant and enjoyable expression of the variety.
