2016 See Saw Sauvignon Blanc

The thing I like about this wine is it doesn’t try to be something it’s not, the Sauvignon Blanc variety is stylistically different in Orange with more floral white flower notes and dominant citrus characters as opposed to tropical notes that are found in warmer climes.

The palate gives plenty of generous texture with structure from a little contact with skins, very much a citrus dominant wine with touches of understated passionfruit and a grippy herbaceous edge that gives definition to the long finish.
