A zesty and herbaceous nose of passionfruit, gooseberry and meyer lemon with good intensity, the palate has a taut structure with a backdrop of lemony acidity working well with punchy passionfruit and guava fruit. The finish shows a little more breadth with melon combining with baked passionfruit that gives savoury flare.
