A piercingly pure nose of passionfruit, gooseberry and crushed herbs that is characteristic of the Adelaide Hills. The palate balances juicy, moreish acidity with expansive tropical fruits that enjoy an understated savoury edge. The wine is compact, but precise to finish. It’s not hard to see why Adelaide Hills continues to be pin up child for Australian Sauvignon Blanc.
