A pristine and punchy Sauvignon Blanc that is brimming with varietal definition and enjoys grippy boysenberry texture that makes it more than a straight up and down Sauvignon Blanc.
A light yellow with a fleck of green in the glass with a nose of lifted tropical notes and crushed slate. The palate has a tautness of acidity and touches of blackcurrant bud that keeps tropical fruits at bay and provides an enjoyable mouth feel.
