A light yellow in the glass with the fume style shining through on the nose with some reductive, slight sulphide notes to passion fruit and lemon.
There is a crystalline acid structure to the wine that gives crunch and drive, with touches of granny smith lifted by more tropical fruits that have a citrus edge. The finish has plenty of texture and very good length.
Even though Mornington is not known for Sauvignon Blanc it’s no surprise a producer of the quality of Ten Minutes by Tractor consistently produce very good examples of the variety.
