A light yellow in the glass, with aromatics of rock melon and lemon across crushed rock and paw paw.
There is a mineral freshness to the wine, with a build of apricot kernel that gives fruit but for the most part affords the wine its savoury texture. The finish has a fleck of richness set against dry honey, citrus and quince.
