Almost clear with a light green fleck in the glass, the nose that gives fresh herbs, tart citrus and faint guava tones. The acidity is racy but has the concentration of fruit to give balance and texture. The herbaceous thread is a constant and is offset by richer, more tropical notes on the mid palate. The finish has green pea and apple like crunch, with a long savoury finish.
