A light yellow in the glass with boysenberry, rockmelon and some citrus tones. There is a backdrop of tart green apple that is textural and gives crunch, tropical fruits are there but subtle and start to build in stature across the palate. There is baked passionfruit and snap pea that contrast granny smith apple to finish.
