2022 Sidewood Sauvignon Blanc

2022 is shaping as another good year after the wonderful 2021 vintage.

There is a real purity of fruit on the nose with fragrant passionfruit and guava having a peppery lift. The palate has a gentle herbaceous edge at its core that tempers the richer tropical notes; acidity provides a textural interplay with more textural grapefruit on the mid palate that also gives an understated savoury influence. Tropical fruits are laced with fresh herbs and driving length to finish.
