Very light yellow with a fleck of green in the glass, the nose is Sauvignon Blanc dominant with tropical fruits that meld with cut grass and citrus blossom.
The palate is sweet fruited and provides contrast against the core of citrus acidity that runs from start to finish.
The finish is crisp and clean with a slight savoury aspect.
