This a well made, fresh and textural Sauvignon Blanc that is very much in the Adelaide Hills style.
It is a very light yellow in colour as expected with classical tropical gooseberry and cut grass aromas.
It is fuller than some Sauvignon Blanc's with textural grip to go along with pure fruit and grassy notes. Precise acid to finish.
