The 2014 is a blend of 58% Sauvignon Blanc and 42% Semillon. The wine sees a short time on lees and a portion spends time in new and seasoned French oak that adds texture and savoury structure.
The wine is a light straw yellow with a green tinge, the nose shows vibrant gooseberry lime and lemon rind.
Great acid, prickly on the palate with a savoury but juicy core of citrus and chalky acid. Subdued passionfruit adds richness and the wine finishes with generous length.
