Sauvignon Blanc June 12, 2017
2016 Tomich Winemakers Reserve Sauvignon Blanc
Wine Rating

90
A very light yellow in the glass, the nose has good concentration of tropical fruits with citrus peel and understated herbaceous notes.

A full and mouth filling wine with just ripe green melon giving another dimension to varietal passionfruit. There is a textural emphasis of lemon peel on the mid to back palate that counters the fullness of the wine. The finish has a drying granny smith apple that accentuates the length.

This is made in a style to live for a couple of years.
