A perennial favourite that is further evidence that the enigmatic Ten Minutes by Tractor team can do no wrong across their full range of wines.
Produced at 14% alcohol it benefits from time in barrel and really sets itself apart from your run of the mill Sauvignon Blanc.
The nose shows a wine that is more individual than varietal with time in barrel giving attractive sulphide notes to stone fruits and understated baked lime. The palate has plenty of weight and structure with a gentle ginger like spice that weaves it’s way through balanced tropical fruits, some savoury barrel notes and a web of citrus acidity give length and complexity to finish.
Drinking well now and over the next few years.
